Patterson Wellness offers a variety of counseling services and treatment modalities: including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our primary focus includes psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy, based on information obtained from our clinical intake interview and individual client needs.
